Effect by level
| Level | Effect | Expected multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Summons lightning on a qualifying trident hit during a thunderstorm | Varies by mechanic |
How the mechanic works
- The target must be under open sky and the world must currently have a thunderstorm, not ordinary rain alone.
- The lightning can trigger transformations such as charged creepers or zombified pigs where normal lightning rules allow.
- Channeling conflicts with Riptide because a Riptide trident is not thrown normally.

- Exposed targets during thunderstorms
- Conflicts with Riptide
How to obtain
- Enchant compatible equipment at an enchanting table.
- Apply a matching enchanted book at an anvil.
- Find or trade for an enchanted book that contains this enchantment.
